Flank Steak Tortilla

In this video, Marcus sears the affordable but flavorful flank steak with red peppers, onions and jalapeño peppers, then rolls the combination up in a tortilla with scrambled eggs. Marcus adds richness to his scrambled eggs with heavy cream, and gives the steak a zesty edge with the addition of lime juice. Though the dish has many flavors and textures, it doesn't take a lot of time to prepare.
