Richard Blais

Top Chef All-Stars winner Richard Blais knows a thing or two about burgers. As concept chef of Flip Burger Boutiques in Atlanta and Birmingham, he has concocted a menu of burgers and sides that would make any burger lover salivate. One of the things that makes his sandwiches so special is the crazy condiments he tops them with -- and lucky for us, he has shared those recipes!

Richard visited KitchenDaily to show us how to make some of his signature condiments, including sri-rancha, Old Bayo, pomegranate ketchup, pimiento cheese, smoked mayo and "cheese wizard," a cheese mixture pumped out through a whipped cream pump.

First off are Richard's simple toppers, which are easy to whip up and require almost no prep work whatsoever -- and yet they're packed with powerful flavors that will amp up any burger. Watch the first video to watch Richard's demos.

Next, flip to the second video in the player to see Richard in 'Top Chef' form. In true Blais fashion, he demos two hi-tech toppers that require a little more finesse. If you find yourself in possession of a smoking gun and a whipped cream pump (which we found are surprisingly easy to buy and use -- see the links below), have at it! You'll be the talk of your next barbecue.

Simple Toppers

Sriracha Sauce + Ranch Dressing = Sri-Rancha
Ketchup + Pomegranate Molasses = Pomegranate Ketchup
Mayonnaise + Old Bay = Old Bayo
Cheddar Cheese + Pimientos + Dill + Lemon Zest = Pimiento Cheese

Hi-Tech Toppers

Melted Cheese + Isi Whipper = Cheese Wizard
Mayonnaise + Dehydrated Hickory Powder (or smoke from The Smoking Gun) = Smoked Mayo
