Ah! Fresh peaches. There's something so glorious about biting into a fresh juicy peach that makes you speechless--mostly because your mouth is full and the peach juices are running down your arm. But all kidding aside, peaches are a highlight of summer. The pale flesh; the rosy, fuzzy skin; the intense aroma and the amazing flavor--that's all we have to say. Peaches speak for themselves.

Though peaches are perfect on their own, we have some recipes that take peaches to the next level, including sorbet, upside down cake, grilled peaches and savory recipes, like chutney, salsa, and slaw. We also have recipes that use frozen peaches for when you don't have fresh on hand or when you want to use peaches you've frozen from last summer's bounty. And for peaches past their prime, make our stone fruit butter--a terrific topping on toast.
